It is our belief that the strongest support comes from our leadership working alongside our Security Officers and all building personnel.  Every employee of Metropolitan Security Group receives ongoing support, continued training and daily site visits from members of the Management Team. Continuous visibility and communication with our Officers ensures that they are confident responding to any situation, and able to rely on immediate critical logistical support from our Management Team.

Metropolitan Security offers a specialized Lead Officer Mentor Program- the first of its kind in the security industry. Our team identifies internal candidates that have demonstrated outstanding professionalism and leadership skills, and pairs them with novice Security Officers for additional job skills training. Utilizing their hands on knowledge, experience, and positive example, our Lead Officer Mentors embody our core belief that success can be achieved through integrity, dedication, accountability and continued education.
